Dolly Raehl – 10th and 25th year anniversaries
As a former elementary school teacher, Dolly gained her Master’s in Education from CIU, and then became a NILD Educational Therapist in 1992. That’s 25 years of serving struggling learners in the Midlands area of South Carolina! Before coming to Discovery Therapies in 2007, Dolly led an educational therapy program at a local private school. That’s 10 years of service with us!
Dolly enjoys seeing students of all ages experience the thrill of achievement. Her guidance and knowledge are a valuable asset to all of her students and our staff. We look to her as a source of knowledge from her experience and continued training.
Dolly and her husband Tom have given countless volunteer hours to DTI to improve our technical and practical methods of operations. Demonstrating their commitment to use their talents in a way that is honoring to God, their actions prove their dedication to helping others.
Recently, they have enjoyed traveling to visit their children and grandchildren in the Northeast and attending Tom’s 50th high school reunion in the Midwest. Staying active and serving others is their passion.
We are excited to celebrate these milestones and are grateful for Dolly’s dedication to helping student who struggle to learn. Her success is marked by the students whom she serves.
It is an honor to celebrate Dolly Raehl!
